BARDSTOWN, KY (WAVE) - The owner of a Nelson County drug store charged with health care fraud and wire fraud has pled guilty.
In February 2012, FBI agents and Kentucky state troopers raided Crume Drug Store in Bardstown. Federal prosecutors say the owner, Timothy Sizemore, billed private insurance companies and Medicare part D for fake prescriptions causing a combined loss of more than $250,000.
