Rand Paul
FRANKORT, KY (WAVE) - Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is rolling out the Sherman Minton Bridge and Cincinnati's Brent Spence Bridge in defense of an infrastructure bill he is putting forward.
The bill calls for $8 billion on bridge repair and replacement across the country, while at the same time, putting another $8 billion toward deficit reduction.
To cover the costs, Paul wants to strip $15 billion of foreign aid from the budget and take another billion from a department of energy loan program.
