Father, son to be tried for murder together

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A father and son charged with murder will stand trial together.

Friday morning a judge ruled Josh Young and Josh Gouker would not be tried separately in the beating death of Trey Zwicker, 14.

Their trial was expected to start in April, but Friday Gouker's attorney asked for a delay.
