LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A man is being treated at University Hospital after a shooting in the Park Hill neighborhood. The shooting happened in 1700 block of Bolling Avenue not far from Algonquin Park just after 8 p.m.
The man suffered two gunshot wounds to the chest, but was able to tell police the shooters were a man and woman who got away on foot.
Metro police said it's unclear if this was a robbery attempt, a drug deal, or just an argument gone bad.
According to police, the man was in serious condition.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the LMPD Crime Tip Line at 574-LMPD. All calls are anonymous.
