A 19-year-old was indicted on Thursday, accused of seriously injuring a one-year-old child.

Robert Ushry, 19, of Cincinnati, was arrested on March 21st after police say he knowingly caused serious physical harm to the child at a home on Nottingham Road.

The victim, just over one-year-old, suffered serious burns to his face, according to the police report. How the burns were inflicted was not specified.

Ushry was formally charged with two counts of child endangering and one count of felonious assault.
