LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Some Indiana lottery players were having difficulties buying Powerball tickets on Saturday.
Hoosier Lottery spokesperson Al Larson said about 300 lottery terminals across the state stopped working for about five hours.
Larsen said the outages were scattered throughout the state and affected an estimated 8 percent of the Hoosier Lottery's 4,000 terminals.
Kentucky Lottery officials said they were having no issues with any of their 2,700 terminals.
There was high demand for Powerball tickets on Saturday with the evening's drawing worth at least $320 million.
