LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The 2013 Pro-AM Golf Tournament is set for Tuesday, April 16th at the Big Spring Country Club with a lunch at 11:00am and the tee time at 12:00pm.
Since it was first held in 1974, the Pro-AM Golf Tournament has featured celebrities such as Pee Wee Reese, George Blanda and Denny Crum. This tournament has raised more than $270,000 for a wide variety of charitable organizations. This year the Pro-AM Golf Tournament will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
The 2013 tournament is limited to the first 160 paid entries. It is open to the public and includes several benefits for each player. A team entry fee is $2,000 or individual entry fee of $500. All entries need to be in by April 9th. Visit www.kdf.org to register for an awesome day!
