PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A Chicago-based restaurant plans to add more than 60 positions to the Valley and is holding a three-day job to find qualified staff for its Scottsdale and Tempe locations.

Portillo's announced the job fair starts Tuesday, March 26 at Doubletree Suites by Hilton located at 320 N. 44th Street in Phoenix, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and runs through March 28. [Click here for a map of the location]

The company said they have hourly positions at the newest location at 10574 N. 90th Street in Scottsdale, as well as several management positions for the upcoming location in Tempe Marketplace that is expected to open this summer.

Owner Dick Portillo said their Scottsdale opening was the largest in company history.

"In one day alone during our first week, we sold a half ton of beef and a ton of French fries," Portillo said.
