Firefighters pour water on the remains of the Orleans Theater on April 3, 2013.
ORLEANS, IN (WAVE) - The cause of a fire that destroyed a historic theater is still under investigation.
Not much was left of the 120-year-old brick building in downtown Orleans, Indiana. Owner Ray Thompson told the "Times-Mail" that he had visited the theater Wednesday to turn on the power and replace light bulbs.
Thompson said he planned to convert the Orange County theater into a dinner theater.
