PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Silent Witness is asking the public to help them locate a gunman in connection with a string of grocery store pharmacy robberies in the Phoenix area.
The man, believed to be between 25 to 30 years old, has robbed five pharmacies between Dec. 27, 2012 to April 4.
The suspect enters the grocery stores and walks directly to the pharmacy counter, pulls out a black semi-automatic handgun and demands oxycodone, said Sgt. Darren Burch, of the Phoenix Police Department.
Once he gets the pharmaceutical drugs, the suspect walks out of the store, Burch said.
The gunman is described as a white or a light skin Hispanic man. He is between 5'9" to 6' tall and weighs between 160 to 180 pounds.
Anyone with information about the two fugitives is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS OR 480-TESTIGO.
