Louisville man accused of indecent exposure

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man is facing charges after Shively police found him masturbating in public, according to an arrest report.

Officers responding to a report of indecent exposure at 2902 7th Street Road Wednesday afternoon  said they found James F. McKee III, 49, naked on the ground performing the sex act. They reported that McKee had slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet and smelled of alcohol.

McKee is charged with 2nd degree indecent exposure and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
