LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Foodies lined up get a taste of what's inside Chef Edward Lee's new cookbook.
Thursday the Top Chef and Food Network star signed copies of his new cookbook at Carmichael's bookstore.
His new book is called Smoke and Pickles and contains recipes and stories from his new southern kitchen.
"It's kind of a journey from my young days in Brooklyn when I was cooking with my grandmother, living on Asian food and then the journey that took me to Louisville and how I surrounded myself with southern ingredients and then the two naturally melted together," explained Lee.
Copies of Lee's book are available at Carmichael's book store or at Lee's restaurants 610 Magnolia and Milkwood.
