Vegetable Dip

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup of canola mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon zest, grated
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Mix together garlic, mayo and lemon zest and juice. In a separate bowl, meat cream on high until medium peaks form. Fold into mayo mixture. Season with salt to taste. Serve with your favorite platter offerings or try some delicate offerings like blanched green beans or asparagus, radishes or endive.
