A Toledo man accused of raping a 2-year-old girl, along with the girl's mother, appeared in court Tuesday morning.
Aubrey Marshall is already a convicted sex offender and was arraigned on two child rape charges. The judge set his bond at $2 million.
He will be back in court for a pretrial hearing May 21.
The girl's mother, Connie Elam, was also in court facing a child endangerment charge. Police say she left her daughter in Marshall's care when the rape happened. The judge set her bond at $100,000.
She will be back in court May 13.

Kentucky State Police are asking for public assistance to find a man who escaped from police custody.
The shooting was reported in the 100 block of Northwestern Parkway around 1 a.m. Monday, according to LMPD spokesman Dwight Mitchell.
