LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Hundreds turned out in Butchertown Saturday for the neighborhood's annual art fair.

Despite the rainy weather, local artists and makers sold their best wares. Local musicians were on hand to entertain the crowd.

In addition to helping Louisville's art scene, the event also raised money for "No Kill Louisville," an organization committed to making sure no adoptable pet is euthanized.

Organizers said the event is truly one of a kind. The fair has been a Butchertown tradition since the 70s.
