CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office has announced an indictment in the murder of Brittani Robinson, 24.

Michael Hall, 44, is charged with one count of rape, one count of aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated murder and one count of gross abuse of a corpse.

If convicted of all charges, he faces the possibility of life in prison.

Hall is accused of murdering Robinson, 24, in her home in the 900 block of Chateau Avenue on April 20, 2013. She was found strangled to death on April 22 after family members called police when they couldn't reach her.

The rape charge is unrelated to Robinson's case.

Prosecutor Joe Deters says this case was "solved" soon after it occurred, but Hall was already locked up on unrelated charges. The prosecutor's office requested that police wait to bring the murder charges until certain forensic tests were completed.
