Fresh Table's Summertime Gazpacho

Recipe for Fresh Table's Summertime Gazpacho

5 ripe tomatoes (preferably heirloom), diced

3 stalks of celery, small dice

1 red bell pepper, small dice

1 yellow bell pepper, small dice

1 small red onion, small dice

¼ bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped

1/8 cup olive oil

1/8 cup red wine vinegar

Hot Sauce to taste

Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Pulse all ingredients in a Cusinart to the desired thickness.

(Serves 4)
