Coney lovers gathered at Fountain Square on Friday for the annual Camp Washington Chili Coney Eating Contest.
Twelve people took part in the competition, eating as many cheese coneys as possible in three minutes.
The winner, Joe LaRue, tied the current record and finished thirteen coneys before the buzzer!
When asked how soon he'll be eating Camp Washington Chili again, he replied, "Could be tomorrow, I love the stuff. Thirteen... That's not a lot. I could probably eat about five to ten more."
Cincinnatians consume more than two million pounds of chili each year, topped with 850,000 pounds of shredded cheese.
This was Camp Washington Chili's fifth year hosting contest on Fountain Square.
