LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Four men survived after their plane crashed on to a golf course.

The plane crashed in Seneca Park Golf Course on June 11. A passerby who was walking in the park is credited with stopping to call for help.

The caller remained at the scene to help guide the emergency team to the crash site.

The plane's pilot, Cody Gooden, along with passengers Adam Breitmyer, Josh Daddona and Josh Trumbo went to the hospital with critical injuries. Only Trumbo remains hospitalized.

Gooden recently received his pilot's license and was practicing takeoffs and landings when the Cessna plane crashed. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the incident.
