Prepare the Oreo dough
Take 1 pack of Oreo cookies and crush them up in a food processor.
Then mix in 8 oz. of cream cheese.
Shape them into one inch balls and freeze for about an hour.
Melt 16 oz. of vanilla candy coating or white chocolate chips in the microwave (but don't overheat.) Then dip the Oreo balls in the chocolate. The easiest way to do this, I think, is to use a fork because then the chocolate will drip down through the grooves. Then place them on wax paper and in a few minutes the chocolate will harden up. They are very easy!
Golf ball mold
Melt about 1/3 of 16 oz. of vanilla candy coating or white chocolate chips in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Spoon some melted white chocolate into a golf ball mold sheet of 12. Add a frozen Oreo ball so that the white chocolate seeps up the sides to be a little past level with the plastic mold sheet. Do this with all 12 molds. Freeze for 1 hour. Take frozen halves out of molds and fill mold with more melted white chocolate so that when you put a frozen half Oreo golf ball in upside down the white chocolate again seeps up the sides to be a little past level with the plastic mold sheet. Freeze for 1 hour again. Take golf balls out of molds and scrape excess chocolate off around the center where the two halves met with a small cheese grater.
Viola! You have white golf balls filled with yummy Oreo cream.
