LEBANON, IN (WAVE) - A series of hearings began Monday in the case against a former Indiana State trooper charged with killing his family.
David Camm has twice been convicted in the 2000 deaths of Kim, Brad and Jill Camm.
Both convictions were overturned on appeal.
The new hearings will be held at the Boone County Courthouse in Lebanon, Indiana, located northwest of Indianapolis.
Among the motions set to be looked at are a jury questionnaire, to see how much potential jurors know about the case.
Camm's trial is set for August.
