FLOYD COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - A grand jury met Tuesday morning to search for answers in the death of a mother and her two children.

On March 13, the bodies of Jaimie Clutter, her son Brandon, 10, and 6-month old daughter Katelyn were found in the creek of Binford Park in New Albany.

Police ruled that Jamie Clutter drowned her children and then took her own life.

Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson said not enough information was coming out on the case and he convened a grand jury to hear from witnesses ranging from the medical examiner, to police and even New Albany's mayor.
