PEORIA, AZ (CBS5) -

Authorities are investigating allegations against Arizona Sen. Richard Murphy, who is accused of molestation.

On Friday, the City of Peoria redacted reports CBS 5 News requested.

According to the case synopsis from the Peoria Police Department, between January of 2007 and May of 2013, Richard Murphy allegedly touched the victim's genitals over and under his clothes.

If the county attorney decides to move forward with the case, Murphy could face one felony count of molestation.

Murphy represents District 21.
