LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Two 18-year-olds were caught on camera throwing bricks at cars from an overpass, according to police.

Louisville Metro police said a neighbor took video of Nathan Dewboys and Ryan Casey while they threw bricks from the Interstate 264 split over northbound Dixie Highway on Thursday night.

Police said at least one van was hit with a brick, causing the windshield to shatter. The driver was uninjured.

Shively Police Sgt. Jason Myers explained, "The initial call that we got was juveniles throwing it. And granted 18 is still a kid in my eyes, but it's still an adult. It's not the type of behavior you'd expect from an 18-year-old. So everyone was surprised a little bit to find out they were in fact adults."

Dewboys and Casey are both charged with wanton endangerment and criminal mischief.
