4 Tablespoons seedless Raspberry Jam
2 Tbls. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbls. sugar
2 Tbls. Kentucky Bourbon
3 cups of strawberries
1/3 Cup of Mascarpone or Whipped Cream
1 sprig of Mint
Whisk Jam, Vinegar, Bourbon and Sugar together in a small heavy saucepan set over low heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally for about 3-5 minutes.
Place strawberries in large bowl. Pour warm glaze over them and gently fold together with rubber spatula.
Spoon berries into stemmed glasses and top with Cream or Marscapone and Mint. Serve right away.
