Court documents show the two lived together and police had visited their home in Pewee Valley several times for fights between the two.
Monday the judge entered a not guilty plea on Kelley's behalf and appointed her a public defender. The judge also lowered Kelley's bond from $2.5 million to $1 million.
Evan's funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Stoess Funeral Home in
Crestwood with burial to follow in Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 p.m. to
8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
