The Arrow Fund is a Kentuckiana based not-for-profit organization (501 (c) (3)) that provides medical treatment to animals who have been victims of extreme torture, abuse, and neglect.  After securing care for these animals their focus extends to holding the abuser responsible for his or her actions. They strive to educate the public regarding the ongoing problem of animal cruelty and advocate strengthening local, state, and national animal welfare laws.

The Arrow Fund is an all volunteer organization led by a long-time animal rights volunteer named Rebecca Eaves and overseen by an active Board of Directors.  Neither Rebecca nor members of the Board are paid for their services.
