The woman arrested Thursday during her brother's funeral in Canton appeared in federal court Friday afternoon.
Olivia Abron is charged with bank robbery by force or violence. She's being held in the Madison County Detention Center. A detention hearing has been set for Monday.
Federal Bureau of Investigation agents led Olivia Abron out of Greater Faith Calvary Pentecostal Church while funeral services were underway for her brother Thursday morning.
McDarion Abron, 20, was a Canton High School basketball star. He died of a heart attack July 4.
Olivia Abron is charged in connection with a September attempted bank robbery in Canton.
