CLARK COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - Six men
were taken into custody accused of sex-related offenses in two separate state parks.
to Indiana Conservation Officers, on July 9 they teamed up with Clarksville
Police after multiple reports of illicit sexual behavior in and around the
Falls of the Ohio State Park. While at the park they found two men who were
exposing themselves and attempting sexual contact with an undercover
July 12, officials arrested four more men in Clark Memorial Forest were taken
into custody for encounters with another undercover conservation officer.
Carlos Berrios, of New Albany, Michael
Mount, of Scottsburg, Curtis Gregory, of Clarksville and William Gallman, of
Marysville were all charged with public indecency.
Samuel Elmore, of Louisville, was
charged with public indecency and sexual battery. Michael Wooten, of
Jeffersonville, was charged with public indecency, sexual battery and
possession of controlled substance.
