Aggravated murder warrants issued for man in double homicide

Warrants issued for a suspect in the double homicide in Akron. Police are looking for 19-year-old Robert Pitts, Jr.
Two men were found dead in an Akron apartment, shortly before 2 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to an apartment on South Rose Boulevard to check the welfare of the residents. When officers arrived, they entered through an unlocked door and found two men, ages 53 and 20, both with fatal stab wounds.
One of the victim's vehicles, a black 2006 Jeep Liberty with an Ohio License plate of FID-1963, was found in Ashtabula.
Pitts is 5'10'', 215lbs. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Akron Police Department Detective Bureau at 330-375-2490.
The victims names are being withheld pending positive identification and family notifications. The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office will conduct autopsies.
