Grand jury indicts dead man

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man foundshot and killed has been indicted on several charges. Wednesday, a grand jury indicted SteveBledsoe Jr. on charges of wanton endangerment, fleeing police and falselyreporting an incident following a suspected drug transaction in June. According to Louisville Metro police, Bledsoe died afterbeing shot numerous times on July 15 in the 3600 block of Greenwood Avenue. Court records showed Bledsoe had a lengthy criminal historymainly of drug-related and trespassing charges. According to court records, Bledsoe was previously charged with complicity to murder after police suspected hewas the getaway driver in the November 28, 2009 shooting death of JosephMcNealy. Charges were dropped against Bledsoe when co-defendant Marcus Crook took aplea agreement following a hung jury on a manslaughter charge. No arrests have been made in Bledsoe's death.
