LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville woman is accused of receiving benefits from the Commonwealth of Kentucky she was not entitled to.
According to a Jefferson District Court summons, Roxie Porter, 56, failed to report her correct household circumstances, including her correct income.
From 2008 to 2012, Porter received more than $17,000 overpayment of food stamp benefits.
Porter is being charged with false statement/misrepresentation to receive benefits.
