LEBANON, IN (WAVE) - New DNA evidence is causing a one-week delay in a former Indiana state trooper's third trial on charges he killed his wife and two children.

The judge overseeing the case against David Camm scheduled the jury selection to start on August 12.

The former Indiana State Police trooper has been convicted twice in the September 2000 murders of Kim Camm, 36, Brad Camm, 7, and Jill Camm, 5, inside the garage of their Georgetown, Indiana home. Both convictions were overturned on appeal.
