LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A second suspect has been arrested in the robbery and shooting of a woman outside a St. Matthews pub.

Rashad Marques Breeding, 21, faces two counts of robbery. Metro police say he was arrested Wednesday on a theft warrant from another case.

On July 20, police arrested Anthony McKinley, 22, on two counts of complicity to robbery. Officers said McKinley was an accomplice to the man who wielded the gun.

The incident happened around 3 a.m. July 19 behind Saints Pizza and Pub.

Two women were in the parking lot, according to a police report, when two men approached them and demanded their possessions.

One of the women was pistol whipped and shot in the arm while the men struggled to steal her purse.

McKinley suspect was arrested after being identified in a photograph.

Police say they also have footage of McKinley on surveillance cameras attempting to use stolen debit cards from the victim.
