A Butler County couple was found guilty of misdemeanor animal cruelty charges on Monday following the deaths of two horses.
The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Animal Friends Humane Society says a third horse in an emaciated condition was removed from the couple's property in April. Kenneth and Debora Morgan of the Hamilton area don't have a listed telephone number and no attorney name was available in court records.
The couple faced the charges in the Butler County Area court for Oxford.
They will be sentenced Thursday at 11:30 a.m.
