FLOYD COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson says he has full confidence New Albany Chief of Police Sherri Knight will reverse her decision to exclude his office from search warrant procedures.

The procedural changes come after Chief Knight said Henderson revealed confidential information in a July 11 press conference.

In the press conference it was released that a grand jury found hypothermia responsible for the March 13 deaths of Jamie Clutter and her two children.

"My process and procedures have worked pretty well in my 15 years as prosecutor and my seven years with Indiana State Police," Henderson said. "Really the last 20 to 25 years I think things have worked pretty well and hopefully that's just a blip on the screen."

Henderson said both of them have enough to do with issues out on the street and they don't need to make it harder.
