GEORGETOWN, IN (WAVE) - A ruling on new DNA evidence in a former Indiana State Trooper's third trial was expected to occur Friday.

Camm's lawyers said a lab using a new process found Charles Boney's DNA on two of the victims.

Juries convicted Camm of murder in 2002 and 2006, but both verdicts were overturned.

Boney is serving 225 years in prison for his part in the murders.
