LEBANON, IN (WAVE) – Jury selection begins Monday in David Camm's third murder trial in Boone County, Indiana.

Camm is accused in the deaths of his wife and two children back in 2000. He was previously found guilty of the crimes in two different trials but both verdicts were overturned.

His wife, Kim, and their two children, Bradley and Jill, were found dead in the family's home in Georgetown, Indiana on September 28, 2000. Another man, Charles Boney, is now serving life in prison for the murders. However, prosecutors say Boney was Camm's accomplice, not the sole perpetrator.

The present case is proceeding after the judge ruled to allow a new form of DNA testing as evidence.

Defense attorneys hope to prove that DNA evidence links Boney—and only Boney—to the murders.
