CORYDON, IN (WAVE) - The two Indiana teens charged with brutally murdering a Harrison County couple met while being treated at a psychiatric hospital according to a report.

Austin Scott of New Albany and Kevin Schuler of Greenville met less than two months ago at Wellstone Regional Hospital in Jeffersonville.

Scott's aunt, Shannon Graham, said her nephew was being treated for depression and Schuler for a drug addiction. Schuler had recently been charged with heroin possession. Graham said after the two were released, Scott practically moved in with Schuler's family in Greenville.

Both 18-year-olds face two counts of murder, robbery and other charges in the August 3rd slayings of 70-year-old Gary Henderson and 57-year-old Senie Arnold.
