There's no shortage of fun at the last day of the fair
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - This is your last chance to visit the 2013 Kentucky State Fair. Today is the last day of the 11-day event.
The stars of A&E's Duck Dynasty will perform "A Conversation with the Robinsons" at 3 p.m. On the Freedom Hall stage. They will also take questions from the audience. At 7:30 p.m., Jeff Dunham takes that same stage with his "Disorderly Conduct" program. Tickets are still available for both shows.
Music is in abundance throughout the day. The Turf Concert Series wraps up on Saturday night with platinum-selling modern hard rock band, "Theory of a Deadman." Black Stone Cherry," the group from Edmonson, Kentucky, is in Cardinal Stadium with its Southern rock tunes. Both concerts are free.
The finalists in the 35th Coca-Cola Talent Classic compete for the title at 7 p.m. And sheep, swine, beef judging wraps up. All commercial exhibits are open throughout the day.
Unlimited Thrillride wristbands are $15 today.
Free parking is available at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium Green Lot and there is a $5 lot on Phillips lane adjacent to the Kentucky Exposition Center. Both lots include free shuttle service with paid admission.
