On Wednesday police responded to the home after reports of an alleged sexual relationship between Stabeno and a 17-year-old boy who lived in the home.

A probable cause affidavit states the teen, who is a ward of the state, admitted to officers he obtained Stabeno's number and began texting her before the two had the alleged sexual encounters.

Investigators said during an interview the juvenile admitted to taking a picture of his genitals and texting the photo to Stabeno. He also said he took pictures of her performing oral sex on him prior to having sex with her.

Police said Stabeno admitted to having sex with the juvenile twice.

Stabeno has since been terminated from her position at the home. She is considered a person of authority and may face additional charges in the case.
