Did you know that you can get a lot of flavor without a lot of salt?  I talked with Culinary Nutritionist Cynthia Chandler from Sullivan University, about what her go-to herbs and spices for National More Herbs Less Salt Day.

She also shared this yummy blend to make your burgers delicious.

ADD ¼ CUP MIX PER POUND GROUND BEEF AND SHAPE INTO PATTIES.

 ½   CUP  DARK BROWN SUGAR

1/4   CUP GARLIC POWDER

1/4   CUP  ONION POWDER

½     CUP DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES

1/2   CUP PAPRIKA

1      TEASPOON SALT

1     TABLESPOON BLACK PEPPER

2     TABLESPOONS  MUSTARD POWDER
