Young's foster family hasn't seen him; CPS taking over case

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Josh Young, the Louisville teen acquitted in the murder of his step-brother, is missing for the second time in less than a week.

Following an arrest by Metro Police, Young spent Wednesday night at Jefferson County Youth Center.

According to his foster mother, Susan Stoneburner, his foster family did not file another missing persons report. After filing one last Friday, Stoneburner said they haven't seen him and Child Protective Services is in charge now.
