LA GRANGE, KY (WAVE) - Disturbing allegations against an Oldham County man who used to be an EMS employee, firefighter and Girl Scouts volunteer. Richard Johnson has been arrested again. This time facing more serious charges, including sexual abuse.

Johnson was in court on Wednesday. Kentucky State Police arrested him on Tuesday for allegedly having unlawful sexual contact with a juvenile at his apartment in Oldham County from late May to early June of this year. Johnson was arrested last week as well, after being accused of circulating a video of minors having sex. Police said they also found child pornography in his La Grange home. Johnson was out on bail from those charges but was arrested again on Tuesday.

The Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana said Johnson used to be a summer day camp volunteer for them for the past three years and taught fishing.

The Girls Scouts of Kentuckiana said Johnson went through a recent background check in May 2013.

"What I know is that there was nothing that came up on his security check," said Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana CEO Lora Tucker. "Nothing that came up on sexual predator check. He was never ever alone with girls, he was always had a female volunteer accompany him with the girls at all times in their interaction.  As I said our number one priority is always the safety of the girls."

The victim in this case was not a girl scout directly involved in Johnson's summer day camp activities. Johnson used to work at Oldham County EMS and was a Ballardsville firefighter several years ago.

Johnson's bond at the Oldham County jail is set at $50,000. He is scheduled to be back in court October 2.
