Man accused of stealing baby formula from Kroger; juvenile daughter with him

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - According to Kroger Loss Prevention and Louisville Metro Police Officers, Anthony Mask, 43, and his juvenile daughter entered the Kroger on West Broadway Wednesday.

The two gathered merchandise in a cart and proceeded to U-Scan self check out. The police report says they paid for some items, but bagged large amounts of canned powdered baby formula.

Mask was caught on surveillance footage and was apprehended at the door. The total cost of the baby formula was $163.90.

Mask is being charged with shoplifting and criminal trespassing.
