LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Metro police have charged a man with theft of baby items from a retail store.

Theodore Roosevelt Woodard II, 52, of Louisville, was arrested on a warrant for theft by unlawful taking over $500.

His arrest report says Woodard and a co-defendant entered Walmart on multiple occasions getting baby formula, diapers and paper towels. The report says they left the store without paying for the merchandise.
