LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Bullitt County police chief has been indicted on federal charges.
Documents show that Glenn Caple, chief of the Hillview Police Department, is accused of covering up a suspected mobile meth lab at the home of an elected official.
According to the documents, Caple received a call in early 2012 from the official, who is not identified, asking him to check out a possible meth lab. When he got to the official's home, Caple allegedly told Hillview officers to move the backpack.
Caple is accused of lying to the FBI about the incident.
