LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The woman accused of attempting to hire a hit man to kill her ex-husband and wife was in court Thursday morning for her first pre-trial.

Police say Elizabeth Stakelbeck believed an undercover FBI was a hit man and tried to exchange money and prescription pills for the murders.

A videotaped conversation shows the conversation between the two. Assistant Commonwealth Attorney Leland Hulbert said because of the video the Commonwealth is prepared to go to trial.

Stakelbeck is being held on a $250,000 full cash bond with a no contact order. A bond hearing is scheduled for October 11. The trial date has been set for April 4, 2014.

She's charged with solicitation to murder and two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.
