BULLITT COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - A grand jury identified a family member of the victim in a Bullitt County cold case as the prime suspect.

Stanley Dishon is charged with murder and kidnapping in connection to his niece, Jessica Dishon's, disappearance and death. Jessica was last seen in September 1999.

Commonwealth Attorney Mike Mann said Stanley Dishon has not been arraigned and may not be in court until the second week of October.

Stanley Dishon was already incarcerated and being held on a $500,000 bond when a grand jury returned the indictment. That's in addition to a $250,000 bond in connection to charges made by another victim in August who alleged abuse by Dishon in 1982.

Dishon's total bond is $750,000, according to Commonwealth Attorney Mike Mann.

When Dishon is arraigned, a public defender may be appointed and pre-trial dates will be set leading up to a possible jury trial.
