Henderson man strikes tree, ejected from vehicle

A Henderson man was ejected from his vehicle late Saturday night after officials say he struck a tree.

Henderson County Deputies were dispatched to KY-268, 4 miles west of Geneva, after reports of a single vehicle collision.

Officials said that 57-year-old Tony Beasley was traveling west on KY-268 when he lost control of his vehicle.

According to authorities, his vehicle spun 180-degrees and left the road and struck a tree.

They said the impact on the passenger side caused him to be ejected from the vehicle.

Officials suspected that Beasley was not wearing a seat belt.

He was treated at the scene by Henderson County EMS and was later life lighted to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville to be treated for injuries.
